AQR QUALITATIVE EXCELLENCE AWARD

The prestigious AQR Qualitative Excellence Award celebrates the best in qualitative research. We won the award for a pioneering project we undertook with John Lewis and John Brown Media to understand the future fashion consumer. Blending digital ethnography to capture leading-edge fashion purchase behaviour and experiential workshops with fashionistas to design the future fashion shopping experience, we pioneered new approaches to inspiring future fashion content ideas.

AQR QUALITATIVE EXCELLENCE AWARD

Awarded for our 'Factual Futures' project with ITV, the prestigious AQR Qualitative Excellence Award celebrates the best in qualitative research. We took home the award for an innovative project combining viewer insight, semiotics, and the creation of future-facing briefs for ITV's factual teams. Workshopped in the original Dragon's Den studio in north London, ITV's factual teams pitched ideas inspired by our work to a panel of viewer 'dragons' who helped turn the ideas towards some highly successful new commissions.

MRS IMPACT BEST SESSION AWARD

The annual MRS Impact Conference showcases the best in market research thinking and application. We were awarded the Best Session award for our Structured Reality research methodology. Borrowed from Reality TV production methods, we adopted Structured Reality as a technique for capturing complex consumer decision-making processes using film. This unlocked a ground-breaking new technique for enabling first-time parents to access and articulate deeply held emotions driving pushchair purchase decisions.

ICG INDEPENDENTS DAY AWARD

The ICG Independents' Day Award recognises the contribution independent insight companies make by demonstrating excellence in the delivery of research and insight. Our award-winning 'Time For Tech' project provided fresh insight into homeowners' relationship with smart technology and supported the importance of magazine media in tech purchase decisions for Time Inc. brands.

MEDIATEL MEDIA RESEARCH AWARD

The Mediatel Best Custom Media Research award showcases innovation, effectiveness, and business impact for research and media agencies, media owners, and industry bodies. We were finalists for our ongoing work for ITV's Love Island, where we have provided the insight that has helped grow the audience since launch to the cultural phenomena it is today.
